For me, completing a master's degree was more than just a title. It was about discovering new ways to make an impact, promote inclusion, and create deeper connections through design. I wanted to learn how to dive in better, get more involved, and develop an even deeper understanding.

After completing my studies, I received an incredible opportunity from our incredibly supportive and inspiring team of directors at amce studios: the opportunity to take on the role of senior art director. Anyone who knows me knows that I didn't hesitate a second to say yes!

Now, three months into this exciting new chapter, I can already feel the difference. As they say: With a promotion, there is also more responsibility. The challenges are bigger, the tasks are more extensive — but the enthusiasm to push limits is just as great.
