amce studios had an impressive intern, just turned 60, who wanted to develop in the areas of marketing and design. She works as a graphic designer, wants to refresh her knowledge, update her know-how and learn new things.

Inspired by the US film comedy “You Never Learn,” with Robert De Niro as an intern and Anne Hathaway as managing director, she joined us to dive into the agency industry.

‍

We were thrilled to host them. We were fascinated by their enthusiasm and belief in lifelong learning. She was interested in which programs we use, which services are booked with us and what daily challenges there are.

‍

Her career and experience over decades of work were important to us. We were impressed by how much the industry had changed and how much has remained the same. She got an insight into our design processes and learned from real projects.

It was inspiring to see her leave her comfort zone and put her new knowledge into practice. We are convinced that she will benefit from her new skill set.

This story reminds us that it is never too late to move forward. No matter how old you are, the will to learn and grow opens doors to new opportunities. Exchanging ideas regularly, getting a feel for different generations, gaining more understanding for each other — that is “reverse mentoring” made by amce studios.
