A big career move: Praskovia is a senior art director at amce studios.

With her master's degree and a passion for creative solutions, Praskovia brings profound knowledge and unique ideas to every project. About three months ago, the designer took the next big step in her career and is now taking on the role of senior art director.

Three months after starting her career as Senior Art Director, Praskovia shares her experiences and impressions:

“I am convinced that personal growth primarily takes place in the right environment — an environment in which you are challenged, trusted and given the space to develop further. I found just that at Amce Studios. Every new project, creative challenge, and opportunity has pushed me forward, and I've always felt confident to take on more.

Now I'm excited to take the next step as Senior Art Director! With my completed master's degree and the opportunity to concentrate fully on my career, this opportunity couldn't come at a better time. In the last three months, I have not only led design projects, but also assumed responsibility for managing them. In doing so, I was actively involved in process design and developed my leadership skills.
